Owner, Managing Director

Lou has worked within the FMCG sector in excess of 35 years. Prior to establishing Ultimate Merchandising Solutions Pty Ltd in 2005, Lou's experience was initially gained through his involvement with Coles Myer Limited where he held a variety of positions including Store Manager, Grocery Specialist and Layout Manager before moving into a Pharmacy Sales representative role and then into State Sales management Roles.

Marcus Young

Business Manager - Retail & Pharmacy

Marcus has over 40 years experience in key management roles in FMCG organisations.

Marcus brings to Professional Pharmacy & Retail Solutions a proven ability to effectively communicate, lead and influence. Experience in creating, implementing and reviewing National strategies. A strong knowledge of the retail industry and associated impact from the economy, competitors, trends and business functions. An analytical ability to read and interpret results. Change management experience. A strong commercial acumen. Effective Stakeholder management. Exceptional time management and prioritising skills.

Lee Vinton

NSW Co-ordinator

Lee has worked for industry leading merchandising providers for over 10 years across mass merchants, grocery and Petrol & Convenience, with a passion for retail and strong client service background.

She strives to lead her team to improve and drive execution plans offering proactive field and retail based strategic solutions.

Sarah Carbone

Administration

Sarah joined Ultimate Merchandising Solutions in 2010. During her short time with UMS Sarah has developed strong communication and staff Management skills which have resulted in her promotion to Victoria and Tasmania coordinator.
